Rivoz diamond cutter wheels are stocked for cutting tile, concrete, masonry and stone. They are a consumable, distributed by Aik Ta alongside the A-Class range, and they sell steadily to the same contractors and renovation trades that buy sanitaryware and locks — which is why a shop serving that trade is better off carrying them than sending the customer elsewhere.
Cutting discs are bought when the last one is finished, usually mid-job and usually urgently. For a hardware shop the commercial point is availability rather than range: a customer who has to go elsewhere for a disc frequently buys the rest of that job's materials there too.
